Austin Texas, originally called Waterloo, is the state capitol known for live music venues and water sports on the Colorado River and several recreational lakes. Besides Ms. Bullock, Austin is home to Whole Foods Market, Dell and numerous other Fortune 500 companies.
Sandra has invested in her new hometown and owns Walton’s Fancy and Staple an upscale delicatessen, catering, coffee and flower shop in a beautifully renovated historic building. She also owns BESS Bistro, a trendy restaurant on what was Pecan Street now 6th Street, the heart of the music venues. Both buildings were meticulously restored so you can go back in time while you dine or shop.
Austin is the most bicycle friendly city in Texas and offers a wide range of options for outdoor enthusiasts. It’s also one of the safest cities in the country and least stressful metro areas. Austin hosts festivals and events year-round and charter bus service is available for conventions and special events.
